The new book explores both traditional graftless techniques and zygomatic implant strategies that may be used in situations where traditional options fail to provide the required support.

The book provides detailed information throughout the entire process, beginning with treatment planning and the biomechanics relevant to each treatment option. It also includes step-by-step instructions for the immediate loading of a full arch restoration, using either traditional tilted or zygomatic implant techniques.

While the clinician’s guide focuses primarily on the implant process, it also provides insight into several relevant topics, such as the materials that may be used for a full arch restoration, and the laboratory requirements for working with each material. Readers will also find comprehensive information about the required maintenance for each material, and how to manage complications from either the implant process or the prosthetic itself.

Dr. Saj Jivraj is a well-published researcher, credited with over 60 journal articles, as well as a teacher of advanced implant dentistry techniques, both nationally and internationally.
